The Auditing of Alcohol Related Crime and Disorder

Under the Crime and Disorder Act 1998, all local authorities have a statutory obligation to conduct three yearly ‘Crime and Disorder Audits’, which include the measure of alcohol related crime and disorder.

Under the Crime and Disorder Act 1998, Local Authorities have a statutory obligation to audit alcohol related crime and disorder; these reports provide guidance on the types of data sources that can be used for the purpose, grounded in the methodological perspectives.
