British Institute of Inn keeping

The British Institute of Inn Keeping (BII) is the professional body for the licensed retail sector. It aims to promote high standards of professionalism throughout the licensed retail sector; to encourage new entrants into the industry, and to help them develop their long term careers.
Although the BII does not carry our research per se, it provides training and qualifications to licensees and bar staff, as well as organise conferences on Corporate Social Responsibility.
