More than half of Brits are harmed by other people’s drinking, according to 2015 report ‘Alcohol’s Harm to Others’.
This harm includes physical violence, sexual assault, road traffic accidents, relationship problems, and child abuse, among others. The total cost of alcohol’s harm to others in the UK is over £15 billion each year.
