Parental substance use: new resource for schools

12th November 2013

In partnership with Mentor UK and the ADEPIS project, Adfam has published Identifing and supporting children affected by parental substance use: resource for schools.

This new guide summarises the key impacts of parental substance use on children and provides pointers for school governors, teachers and support workers. It shows how these children might be identified in school settings, what support they could benefit from and how schools can play a positive role in their lives.
